Requesting a Refund

Once we receive your request, we will review it and, if approved, process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. The refund may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancelling an Order

If you need to cancel an order, you can do so within 2 hours of placing it. Contact our customer service team as soon as possible to cancel your order. Provide your order number and indicate that you wish to cancel. If the cancellation is successful, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we will not be able to cancel it, but you can still request a refund according to our refund policy.
